Our Department can:
- Explain what to expect in court
- Keep you updated about your court case
- Go with you to court hearings
- Tell you about protection available to you
- Refer you for help with:
- Medical bills and other out-of-pocket losses
- Counseling
- Support groups
- Food and shelter
- Medical/dental care
The New Kent Victim Witness Assistance Program is located in the New Kent Commonwealth's Attorney's Office in the New Kent County Courthouse.
