The Little Free Pantry (LFP) movement has made its way to New Kent County. The mini pantry movement is a grassroots, crowdsourced solution to immediate and local need. Whether a need for food or a need to give, mini pantries help feed neighbors, nourishing neighborhoods.
This particular LFP, facilitated by a group of amazing NKC residents, is located just outside of the New Kent County Health & Human Services Building (7811 Courthouse Way, New Kent) which is the building that houses the Department of Social Services, the New Kent Health Department, Voter Registration, as well as other agencies.
The LFP also has information about larger food bank resources in our area. Feel free to stop by and give what you can or take what you need. 💙
