Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms with resistance training. Wednesday WalkersAges: 50 y.o. + Instructor: P & R Staff/Volunteers Do you need to walk more? Do you want to socialize with a small group? Join Parks and Recreation once a week and get moving! If the weather is nice, we will walk around the New Kent County Administrative Campus or we will walk in the gymnasium. All fitness levels welcome. Please beaware there are some gravel, paved and dirt surfaces that will be utilized for outdoor walking. Wear supportive athletic shoes, refillable water bottle, and have walking support if needed (i.e. walking stick). This group is free, but registration is required. The group will continue based on interest.
