Quarterly Contractor/Developer meetings are held in March, June, September, and December. Meetings are normally held on the first Thursday in the month. We occasionally hold a meeting on the second Thursday during holiday weeks. At this time, we do not have any meetings scheduled.

These meetings are designed to give us an opportunity to share information, answer questions, and discuss any issues that contractors may be having in the field. It also allows local sponsors to come in and talk to us about the products and/or services that they offer that we may be interested in.

You may also call, write, or fax your information to the above numbers and address. Email notices, as well as notices place in the Virginia Gazette and the Tidewater Review, and a spot on the local cable channel will be placed prior to meetings.
